Poster papers are strongly encouraged. There will be four plenary poster sessions, one each day. Participants will circulate around the posters during the morning poster and exhibit break, talking to each poster presenter .

● Each morning, 30 minutes are set aside for viewing posters (refreshments provided).

● Poster presenter should remain by their poster through this 30 minute session to be available for questions and discussions.

● Poster boards, glue, tape, and scissors will be provided on which to mount posters. 

● Poster boards will be standard tri-fold foam presentation boards 36" tall by 48"  wide (24"center section with two 12" fold outs).

● Posters will be placed on narrow tables around the periphery of the room, two boards per table, one on each end, with room for flyers, brochures, or any other information you wish to make available to visitors to your presentation.

● Poster authors are encouraged to provide one page for the proceedings that includes a brief summary of their poster, along with a brief bio (and reference to URLs with further details as desired).
