 The Makaha offers fine dining and superb ambiance and we have arranged two buffet dinners (optional) to facilitate camaraderie among participants and help in celebrating "Galileo's Legacy. We hope you will join us!

The Luau Buffet will feature traditional luau food and entertainment.  The price per person includes, coffee, tea, punch, dessert, tax, and gratuity.  $45.00/person
Aloha Buffet  5:30 Monday January 5
The Aloha Buffet will feature several entrees and salads.  The price per person includes, coffee, tea, punch, dessert, tax, and gratuity.  $38.00/person
