RESERVATIONS AND REGISTRATION
Conference Dates: Wednesday, December 31, 2008 - Monday, January 5, 2009

To complete your reservations and registration for the Galileo's Legacy Conference
 you will need to follow the five steps below.

●  By making your room reservations you make an immediate contribution to the conference, as rooms reserved early make it easier for the Makaha to hold more rooms longer, assuring a place for later participants.
●  If you change your mind, you can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before check in
●  The only other leeward side accommodations are at the Ilihani, where rooms start at $329

Step 3: Read about the registration fee
    
 ●  Participant conferences are entirely self-supporting. All
     conference participants, including presenters, pay 
     registration fees. (And their own expenses)

 ●  Your fee is fully refundable, no questions asked,
     before the first day of the conference (Feb 8)

 $199 USD General Registration
 $  99 USD Student Registration

● Your registration reserves your seat at the
  conference. It does not include meals

Step 4: Read about our buffet dinners
The buffet dinners are both optional but too much fun to miss.  They include coffee, tea, punch, dessert, tax, and gratuity.

●  Luau Buffet: $45 per person. 
Enjoy a Luau Buffet and traditional Hawaiian entertainment at sunset on the  lanai overlooking the ocean. Share your day off adventures and idea with your colleagues.
 
Garden Greens, Potato-Macaroni, Crab & Broccoli, & Oriental Chicken Salads, White Rice, Sweet Potato, Pineapple bits, Kalua Pork, Chicken Long Rice, Pork Lau Lau, Teriyaki Beef, and Sautéed Mahi Mahi, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, & Macademia Nut Cream Pie.

$38 per person
Don't miss our last evening together at our Aloha Buffet, again at sunset on the lanai overlooking the ocean. A chance to say aloha to friends, old and new.
