You may reserve either one half of a table for $95, or one whole table or eight foot floor space for three dimensional visual aids (i.e. a mounted telescope) for $185, 
for the duration of the conference. Shipping to the Makaha Resort can be arranged.

Exhibitors are not required to attend. The displays may be shipped to the Makaha Resort and the organizers will set them up and return them if requested.
There will be a charge for return shipping.
